System architecture guide
LiFePO4 batteries in series or parallel: use only approved configurations.
Series raises voltage; parallel raises capacity. Neither fact is permission to connect arbitrary battery units. The final product data sheet and system design define what is permitted.
Current reference limits
The supplied 12.8V 100Ah and 12.8V 300Ah data sheets list up to 4S/4P for matched modules. The supplied 25.6V 100Ah data sheet lists 2S/4P. Do not transfer these limits to other models or assume combined modules increase the permitted per-battery charge/discharge current.
Non-negotiable checks
- Use approved, matched voltage/capacity/configuration modules from the approved production context.
- Follow documented balanced wiring, fusing, cable, isolation and service rules.
- Verify all charge sources and loads against the resulting bank voltage/current.
- Keep the final connection plan and product documents with the project file.
